CITY-OWNED COMMERCIAL LAND SALE POLICY

The Director of Economic and Community Development and/or the Director of Finance and Administration shall, on behalf of the City of Portage la Prairie, subject to approval of the Council, negotiate all purchases of city-owned commercial land in the City of Portage la Prairie.

Commercial Property available is located in the West end of the City of Portage la Prairie under the following conditions:

  1. Price of such land is $10,000.00 per acre.

  2. Underground electrical - purchaser's cost.

  3. Paving - purchaser's cost.

  4. City of Portage la Prairie responsible for sewer and water installation.

  5. City of Portage la Prairie responsible for road construction to a gravel base.
