The City of Portage la Prairie will soon begin budget deliberations for the 2017 operational year. If your community organization would like Council’s consideration for a grant in the 2017 operational year please submit your grant request to the City of Portage la Prairie by no later than September 2, 2016.
2017 grant requests must include the following:
- Letter of request
- 2017 projected budget
- Copy of your 2016 financial statement and summary report for the year.
Grant requests, along with the required financial documents, must be submitted to the City Manager’s Office by 4:30 p.m. on Friday September 2nd, 2016. The City Manager’s Office is located in City Hall at 97 Saskatchewan Ave E, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 0L8.
Grant requests will be reviewed by City Council as part of their budget deliberations and applicants will be notified in January 2017.
