Tender for the 2017 Pavement Contract

Submissions are invited for the following: 17 OPS 016 – “2017 PAVEMENT CONTRACT”

Tenders will be available for pick up Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at the Operations Department, 495-11th St. N.W., Portage la Prairie, (204) 239-8346. A refundable deposit of $100.00 for each tender package is required. The deposit will only be refunded on:

  1. The submission of a bona fide tender or
  2. The return of tender documents within seven (7) days after tender closing.

Generally the work being tendered includes:

  • Asphalt overlays
  • Asphalt curb reconstruction
  • Asphalt planning
  • Geogrids
  • Boulevard grading, sodding and utility adjustments
  • New asphalt road construction

Sealed bids must be received at the Operations Department on or before Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Faxed bids will not be accepted.

Tenders will be opened in public at the location, time and date specified above. All Tenders shall be irrevocable after the official opening and before the awarding of the contract.

LOWEST OR ANY TENDER NOT NECESSARILY ACCEPTED.
