Update: Payments related to this issue have been reversed and credit should be returned to customer accounts by tomorrow, August 3, 2018.  The City of Portage la Prairie will reimburse customers for any bank charges they may have incurred related to this withdrawal.

This morning, the City of Portage la Prairie became aware that Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) payments scheduled for August 15th were withdrawn from customer accounts on August 1st.

We are currently looking into this issue and working to rectify it as soon as possible.
