City Hall is open to the public Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 am – 4:30 pm. City Hall is temporarily closed for renovations, with an anticipated completion date of Fall 2024. Starting July 2nd, the public can visit our temporary office located across the street from City Hall at 60 Saskatchewan Ave E (Community Safety Office), where frontline staff are available to assist with in-person inquiries and services. Although our office location has changed during renovations, our mailing address, email addresses, and phone numbers will remain the same. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our facilities for the benefit of all.

The Operations Department is open to the public Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 am – 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm.  They are closed between 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.

The Fire Hall is always accessible to the public in the event of an emergency.  Office hours for general inquiries is Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 am – 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm.  The general office is closed between 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.
