Please complete section 1 and section 2 or 3 to make changes to your existing Tax Installment Payment Plan.  All changes require two weeks notification prior to the next payment date.

Changes to T.I.P.P.

Section 1 - Property/Business Information

Enter your name as it appears on your Property Tax Statement
Enter a number you can be contacted at during the day
Enter your Roll Number as it appears on your Property Tax Statement, if available
Enter your address as it appears on your Property Tax Statement
All changes require two weeks notification prior to the next payment date

Section 2 - Bank Account Change ONLY

Enter the name and address of your financial institution

Section 3 - Cancellation Request

Once the plan is cancelled, all unpaid taxes become due and payable and are subject to penalties
