Voting Locations

Where you vote on election day is determined by where you live and/or own property in the City of Portage la Prairie.

Voting stations will be located at LaVerendrye School, North Memorial School, Herman Prior Activity Centre, and MNP Building.

To find out where you vote, enter your address into the search bar below, or click on the map where you live.  All voting stations are accessible and will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day, Wednesday, October 28, 2026.

You are eligible to vote if you are:

•  A Canadian citizen; 
•  At least 18 years of age on Election Day; and 
•  A resident of the City (OR a registered owner of land in the City) for at least six months prior to Election Day.

You may be asked to show identification or proof of property ownership in the City of Portage la Prairie.
