Service Disruptions

Temporary Road Closure effective immediately, June 9, 2025, due to road construction: Gigot Avenue from 18th Street NW to 20th Street NW.

Please note there will be no access to Gigot Avenue from 19th Street NW.

The road closure on 2nd Street SW from Saskatchewan Avenue W to the back lane will remain in effect until the end of the day, Friday, June 20, 2025.

Phase 2 of the planned upgrade work by Manitoba Hydro will begin today, May 29, 2025. Brandon Avenue will be closed between Massey Crescent and Nana Lane.

To maintain access to park amenities and Nana Lane, temporary two-way-traffic will be implemented on International Drive during the closure.

Please note: There will be no street parking allowed along International Drive during this time.

Starting May 26, 2025, the intersection of Brandon Avenue and International Drive will be closed to all traffic for Phase 1 of planned upgrade work by Manitoba Hydro.

To maintain access to park amenities, temporary two-way-traffic will be implemented on International Drive during the closure.

Please note: There will be no street parking allowed along International Drive during this time.

Water services have been restored to the area of 1st Street SW from Dufferin Avenue W to Crescent Road W, and the road will reopen to traffic by 5:00pm.

Royal Road N from Lorne Avenue E to the Herman Prior parking lot entrance will reopen to traffic by 4:00pm today.

Water services have been restored to the area of 5th Avenue NW from 7th Street NW to 8th Street NW., and the road will reopen to traffic by 5:00pm.

Water services have been restored to the area of 1st Street NW from 6th Avenue NW to 7th Avenue NW, and the road will reopen to traffic by 4:00pm.

The northbound lane of 5th Street SE from Crescent Road E to Queen Avenue has reopened to traffic.

Water services have been restored to 10th Street NW from 6th Avenue NW to 7th Avenue NW, and the road has reopened to traffic.
