Canada Day Activities and Fireworks 2025

This year’s fireworks display will be off the southwest bank of the causeway and will primarily be fired west, with some shells being fired to the east. The causeway will be under normal operation for both vehicle and foot traffic until 9:00 pm on July 1st when it will be closed for the fireworks. Fireworks will begin at dusk (approximately 10:30 pm).

There will be no access to the dock / kayak launch on the southwest bank of the causeway, however the dock / ramp to the east of the windmill will be accessible, along with the docks installed in front of Crescentview School and 13th Street SW.

Road Closures beginning at 9:00 pm on Tuesday, July 1st for the Canada Day fireworks:
