Request for Proposal for Leak Detection Service

Submissions are invited for the following Request for Proposal: 

• 26 OPS 024 - Request for Proposal for Leak Detection Services.

Request for Proposals will be issued by email upon request by calling the Operations Department, at 204-239-8346, or emailing tenders@city-plap.com.

Sealed bids must be received at the Operations Building, 495 11th St NW, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 4B3, on or before 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Emailed submissions must be submitted as a PDF attachment clearly labelled as indicated in the proposal documents.

All Proposals shall be irrevocable after the official opening and before the awarding of the contract.

LOWEST OR ANY PROPOSAL NOT NECESSARILY ACCEPTED.
