Tender for the 2026 Pavement Contract

Submissions are invited for Tender 26 OPS 020 - "2026 PAVEMENT CONTRACT"

Tenders will be issued by email upon request by calling the Operations Department, at 204-239-8346 or by emailing tenders@city-plap.com.

Generally, the work being tendered includes:

• Asphalt planing
• Asphalt overlays
• Residential road reconstruction
• Concrete curb reconstruction
• Asphalt path paving
• Boulevard grading, sodding and utility adjustments

Sealed bids must be received at the Operations Department 495 11th Street NW, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 4B3 on or before 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.  Emailed submissions must be submitted as a PDF attachment and clearly labelled as indicated in the tender documents.  Faxed bids will not be accepted.

Tenders will not be opened publicly. All Tenders shall be irrevocable after the official opening and before the awarding of the contract.

LOWEST OR ANY TENDER NOT NECESSARILY ACCEPTED.
