We are currently experiencing technical issues with our utility e-billing system.

Halloween falls on Friday, October 31, and the Portage Fire Department wants to help ensure everyone has a safe and fun night of trick-or-treating!

On Monday, October 27th, 2025 at 7:00pm (or immediately following the 6:00pm Council and Committee meetings), Council will hold a Budget Meeting to review Community Grant Applications.  The meeting will take place upstairs at City Hall, 97 Saskatchewan Avenue E.  To respect the confidentiality of the applicants, the majority of this meeting will take place in camera.

Please be advised that all flowers, vases, wreaths, fences, solar lights, figurines etc. must be removed from Hillside Cemetery, Hillside Memorial and St. Mary’s Cemetery by Friday, October 31, 2025.

The McCain Interactive Fountain is now closed for the season.
