The City of Portage la Prairie intends to conduct Mosquito Fogging with Delta Gard 20EW (active ingredient Deltamethrin), weather permitting. 

Temporary Road Closure effective Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 8:00am, due to road construction: Tupper Street S from Dufferin Avenue to Crescent Road.

Intention is to have the road opened by the end of the day, Friday, August 28, 2026.

Bulky Waste Collection Week will take place July 13–17. This free service is available to all City residents.
